AvtoVAZ is working towards the production of vehicles using alternative fuels

Recall that the first methane (Ecogas) cars were made on the basis of Lada Priora back in 2009. Next came the Granta Ecogas CNG and Kalina Ecogas CNG models.

AvtoVAZ has repeatedly presented vehicles running on natural gas (Ecogas) at various exhibitions and car dealerships. It was stated that Lada bi-fuel modifications can be put on the conveyor in the near future.

So far, on the automaker's website, these cars do not appear in the serial production section.
