EACU expands its gas bus range

Neftekamsk Automobile Plant, a subsidiary of OJSC KAMAZ, presented a large-class city bus NEFAZ-5299-30-51, which runs on natural gas.
The bus is equipped with a Mercedes-Benz M 906 engine with a working volume of 6883 cm3, developing a power of 280 hp. and ensuring compliance with the Euro-5 environmental standard. A very similar engine model is also installed on the MAZ 203965 gas bus - Mercedes M 906 LAG EEV (Euro-5 +)..
Manufacturers plan to complete certification of the new model by April 2014.
Another characteristic: the number of seats, people. - 25 + 1 (driver) + 1 (wheelchair); passenger capacity, people - 105/116.
