History

More than 30 years on the CNG market

The network of automobile gas filling compressor stations (CNG Stations) in the Republic of Belarus began to form in accordance with Resolution No. 284 of 19.09.1985. The Central Committee of the Communist Party of Belarus, the Council of Ministers of the BSSR, the Ministry of Gasprom "On measures to increase the use of natural gas in the national economy of the Byelorussian SSR."

Today, 29 CNG filling stations and 18 compressor-less filling stations (CLFS), organized with the help of mobile gas filling stations (MGFS), are offered for refueling gas-cylinder vehicles.

The first CNG station for 500 refueling stations per day was put into operation in 1984 in the city of Minsk.

For the re-equipment vehicles to CNG, service of the gas taks park in a technically sound condition, OJSC Gazprom transgaz Belarus has organized 8 specialized sections and built 2 points for the inspection of gas tanks. To meet the needs of customers, a wide range of CNG equipment is offered for different types and brands of vehicles, including cars. The addresses and working hours of the sections are presented in the «Service» section.
